The packaging design has been updated recently. The final product you receive may be slightly different from the videos. This deck centers around shadow work, inspired by the psychoanalytic theories of Carl Jung.
It contains prompts, reflections, and exercises that are meant to increase self-awareness by exploring topics such as self-exploration, control, envy, family relationships, self-soothing, triggers, and more. It's intended to help identify areas that may need work while empowering you to shed the shame around areas that need healing.

Shipping is paid by the customer and Shopify will search through major Canadian carriers to determine the best rate.

Exchange or store credit within 14 days of purchase or when item was delivered by mail.
Contact must be made within 72 hours of the item being delivered to be eligible for exchange.
To be eligible for an exchange/store credit, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
If your exchange is approved, shipping will be paid by the customer.
